Today is the day!
Today my daughters and I are starting our Whole30 journey. In case you don’t know what that is, here’s the nutshell-rundown. For the next 30 days, we’ll be following a food plan that will help promote great health.
Today, I’m focusing on developing new good habits (like eating breakfast), and all the delicious things we can eat. There will be plenty of opportunities over the next month to wail and moan about not being able to have sugar and dairy. Today, that doesn’t matter.
And on day one, my daughters are happily making breakfast. I’m going to enjoy this honeymoon stage while it lasts!
